Can I mix lengths, textures and colours in one order?

Yes. Different lengths, textures and colours can be combined. Confirm the combination when you enquire so we can check availability together.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Tel l us your destination country and order volume and we will propose the most suitable channel with current transit times.

How is hair graded and matched?

Hair is graded and matched to the price point your market expects. Tel l us your target market and we will recommend accordingly, then build against an approved sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Samples start at a single unit so you can assess quality first. Production MOQ is 50 pieces per size, per product, and volume tiers apply from there.

Can you produce to my own design?

Yes. Send a picture, a physical sample or a drawing and we will reproduce texture, density, hairline, colour and size against it.

How long does a bulk order take?

Samples are dispatched in 3-4 days. Bulk production runs about 2 weeks from approved sample and confirmed specification; large programmes are scheduled with you.
